If you don’t feel like you could quantify tasks that need to be done for your company on an hourly basis, we are happy to discuss the cost on a per-job basis with you. When this is done, we will conduct market research to determine if what was discussed earlier is feasible.
This plan will make the most sense for you if you want a mix of an independent
contractor/freelancer engagement and the professionalism of a company set-up.
You will determine the compensation, benefits, and other employment aspects.
We will build out your office environment, hire agents, purchase computers,
and assume liability for leases. After all employment costs, a minimal fee will be added to the cost per employee!
Regardless of the job type or complexity of tasks, you can employ anyone at $8.12 an hour. Taking this approach, let us handle evaluations, hiring, terminations, raises, and assist in promotions, while you only need to worry about the demand hours. We ask that you give us 40 hours per week per job request.
