“To lead people, walk behind them.”
This quote from Lao Tzu about leadership is one that Anne Paracuelles, one of HomeSourced Inc.’s beneficial owners, lives by.
It has not been a surprise how HomeSourced Inc. has grown tremendously in the last three years. The company attributes its growth not only to the hard work of its founders, Anne, Austin Anderson, and Ellen Escribano, who have started this company from the ground up but also to the employees who have worked just as hard to deliver clients’ demands.
We guarantee our clients that we won’t compromise the quality of service we provide as the company grows. We have built a strong foundation to help us serve our clients better and maintain our relationship with them

Lao Tzu’s words are also the very tenet by which Anne designs her management style, which has resulted in loyal employees.
“Everyone here is family. People have grown to love the company and have stayed. We started with just four people, and now, at almost 500, those who have been with us from the start are still here because that is how families are–through thick and thin.”
Growth
Anne remembered how they had to burn the midnight oil to be familiar with all the jobs being offered by the company, working 16-20 hours daily, sacrificing personal time and finances to help grow the company.
“We made sure we knew how to do every job we offer to our clients. 16 to 20-hour workdays were normal. We made it a point that we are always available to everyone in the company and our clients,” said Anne.
But they were motivated to get up every day by two things: “The promise we made to our clients and the
promise we made to our employees.”
“We had to make sure that every client would feel that we are taking care of their business. We are serious in our promise to deliver the best service so we can scale their business. We also want to continue providing jobs to all our team members. A job to help them and their families and a job in a company they can be proud to be part of,” said Anne.
In three years, with everything put in place, Anne is proud to say that they had crossed out the company’s goals they set when it started.
“All those sacrifices? They were worth it. The biggest fulfillment was accomplishing each goal we have set in line,” said Anne.
“Running this company is becoming second nature for us. Now, we are looking at growth while maintaining client relationships. We can’t just focus on scaling without thinking about how to maintain and meet client expectations. That’s a priority,” she added.
“We guarantee our clients that we won’t compromise the quality of service we provide as we grow. We have built a strong foundation, starting with our Directors to the Executives and Management team. They are professionals, capable, and sharp-witted people, carefully selected to help us serve our clients better and maintain our relationship with them,” said Anne.
“As to the HomeSourced employees, our partners, the company’s growth will be their growth as well.”
