HOMESOURCED INC. President Austin Anderson and Chief Revenue Officer (CRPO) Zach Brown graced the recently-concluded RoofCon 2022 last Nov 6-8 at the Orange County Convention Center.
Invited as breakout speakers, the two attended the event to promote how Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or outsourcing can help the roofing and solar industries.
The event’s headline speakers were Leadership Expert John Maxwell, Global Speaker Tim Tebow, Inspirational Keynote Speaker Nick Santonastasso, and Elite Salesperson Keynote Speaker Eli Wilde.
Full Force
HomeSourced came to the event in full force with the US-based executives Chief Operation Officer Josue Velasquez, Chief Technology Officer Clay Braegger, Chief of Staff Jess Briggs, and Head of Account Management Kamilah Mirza joining the event as well.
HomeSourced Inc.’s interactive booth was one of the showstoppers at the convention. It featured Echo Show 10 screens where participants could speak directly with operations directors on standby in the Philippine headquarters for the entire trade show.
To give participants a complete experience and visuals of what our working spaces in the Philippines look like, we had a virtual reality area where they would get a live tour of the operations floor of our Philippine headquarters.
“We want to change the notion that outsourcing companies in the Philippines are sweatshops or that we are mistreating the employees with low wages. But instead, we want to show everyone that we are a legitimate company; our employees operate in a great work environment and receive benefits and compensation that are even higher than regular rates in the Philippines. We want to showcase to the attendees here at RoofCon that we are a fast-growing company with employees and clients who have stayed with us all these years and how much we have helped those who have teamed up with us,” said Brown.
How Outsourcing Helps Companies
On the other hand, Anderson wanted to show how much HomeSourced, as an outsourcing company, can help all kinds of companies.
“Everything is customizable. Whatever the gap is in your company, we will be able to fill that,” Anderson said.
“We have reliably cut clients’ operations costs by 70 percent while providing jobs for these hardworking and dedicated Filipinos,” he added.
Anderson also underscores the importance of employee retention in the company.
“Our employees are the heart and soul of our company, so we make sure they are happy. And I believe they are. Proof of that is the 90 percent retention of our employment staff. And we will continue to do everything within our power to be the most competitive employer and create the most suitable workspace in the BPO industry,” Anderson added.
